Store operator and fulfilment
BENKYY operates this store for digital Minecraft network products. Payment processing and checkout handling may be provided through Tebex and its connected systems.
Digital products only
All items sold on this store are digital goods intended for use within the BENKYY network. No physical goods are shipped.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username and purchase details. BENKYY is not responsible for issues caused by wrong usernames, player-side mistakes or unauthorized access to your payment method.
Refunds and reversals
Delivered digital products are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or unless BENKYY confirms a duplicate payment, fraud review outcome or fulfilment failure. Fraud, abuse or chargeback misuse may result in account restrictions.
Gameplay changes
Store items may be adjusted, rebalanced or retired as the network evolves. BENKYY may change perks, bundles, package structure or availability when needed to maintain the health of the server.
Right to refuse service
BENKYY may refuse, suspend or cancel access to store services for fraud, abuse, payment disputes, rule evasion or other harmful behavior impacting the network or its systems.
